- An agreement is established when a booking confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
- The Customer and The Bike Fitters expressly agree that by the use of electronic forms of communication, a valid contract is established as soon as the conditions of these Terms have been met.
- The Customer shall pay the full price in advance for a booking confirmation to be received. Apparent errors in pricing, such as obvious inaccuracies, may also be corrected by The Bike Fitters after the agreement has been established.

- Any parking charges incurred during the provision of our services are the responsibility of the customer.
- If secure parking is not provided or if our bike fitter has to park at a distance where the vehicle cannot be easily monitored, the bike fitting service cannot proceed. In such cases, the following applies:
- Full payment for the scheduled service will still be required.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to inadequate parking arrangements.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY

- If the force majeure event lasts longer than six months, both The Bike Fitters and the Customer have the right to terminate the agreement without any liability for damages.
- If we have already completed part of the service or can only partially fulfil our obligations due to a force majeure event, we are entitled to keep the payment for the completed part. We will discuss with the Customer how to handle the remaining service.
ARTICLE 9: WARRANTIES
- We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the Customer will meet their expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
- If you are not satisfied with your bike fit, please contact us within one week of the initial setup. Our bike fitter will revisit you to recheck the bike setup at no extra charge.
